Kaitlyn's Birthday

Kaitlyn turned 7 on the 18th.  She was so excited to celebrate her birthday.  She was able to take a treat to school to share with her class.  So we decided to make some yummy cupcakes and this is what we came up with.  They turned out really cute and I had fun making them.  The kids loved them and liked the idea that they got to have succors with them as well.

Later that night my parents came up from Utah and we had pizza, opened presents and sang followed by cake and ice cream.  She had a good day and I am glad she is growing up to the beautiful young lady that she is.  I still can't believe she is 7, time has gone by so fast.

Patiently waiting to open presents

Silly Face!

Yay...Frozen!!!  Lately it's the girls favorite movie of all time.  They sing the songs and act it out all the time.  Thanks Mom and Dad for the gifts they have all loved it.

We didn't wrap her gift so we told her she needed to cover her eyes.  Brayden had fun playing along.

She was pretty excited to see that we had gotten her a new bike.

Next came cake and Ice Cream and singing happy birthday

On Saturday we went out and let her ride her bike.  Sad to say she didn't exactly know how to ride a bike yet.  Being at the farm house we didn't have anywhere for her to ride.  Now that she has a bike that actually fits her it was a piece of cake.  I was really impressed at how fast she picked it up and was riding down the street.

Taylor and Alexis running after her.

Happy Birthday, sweet Kaitlyn!  We love you!!
