Easter

Saturday before Easter we decorated eggs. The kids had fun creating different colored eggs.

 

The Easter Bunny came and hid eggs and filled some goodies in the kids baskets.  They enjoyed running around looking for eggs.

That Easter bunny can sure jump up high to get an egg above the door!

Although Easter is a fun time to celebrate with eggs and candy and goodies, it's most important to remember the real reason of why we have Easter.  I am so grateful for my Savior Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for me.  To know the Savior rose and was resurrected for me and the Atonement is real and helps me daily, helps me to continue to be a better person and strive to be better each day.  I am grateful to be a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints that teaches us of the true love our Savior and Heavenly Father have for us.  I am grateful for the opportunity to some day return home to live with all of my family up above.
