We headed down to Utah for the 4th of July this year. We had a lot of fun and it was good to see everyone as always. We started the party out by having a BBQ up Provo Canyon at Canyon Glen Park. Then we all headed back to my parents house for fireworks. I have to say the fireworks have gotten a lot bigger than when I was a kid. It was a lot of fun. Then as always we headed out Thursday morning for the Provo Parade. We actually sat a lot closer to the parade so it was more enjoyable and you could actually see the floats going by.

Kaitlyn was loving the attention from cousins and aunts and uncles, plus she liked first hand at all the goodies that were being handed out.
Preston was fine for a little while in his stroller...
but enjoyed watching the action more.
On Saturday we took a trip to Cascade Spring. We did some hiking and then went down to the wooden park in American Fork for a picnic. The kids had a lot of fun exploring a new area.
