Happy Halloween

We had such a great Halloween, a full bright moon and perfect weather all helped to contribute. Kaitlyn and Alexis loved trick-or-treating. Kaitlyn couldn't wait to go to the next house for more candy and Alexis was more than excited to have a candy in each hand let alone all the new ones she was getting in her bag. We actually had only one trick-or-treater come to our house, which we were very surprised to get since we live out in the country. We took the girls over to the neighborhood where most of our ward is located and we couldn't believe all the kids. I don't think I have seen that many trick-or-treaters since I was a kid, it was awesome. A lady in the ward said they went through at least 40lbs of candy. It brought back so many fun memories of running from house to house trying to get as much candy as you could before the night was over with.

Kaitlyn dressed up as Cinderella and Alexis was a Lady Bug. They were both quite cute!!

The Thursday before Halloween we carved pumpkins.
Kaitlyn enjoyed helping Taylor, she was so excited to see the outcome and then see how they looked in the dark.

Alexis had fun looking for pumpkin seeds...
...eating them and then sharing them with us

We hope you all had a Happy Halloween

Your girls are so cute! I love seeing all the pictures of them. It looks like they get along well! I wish we lived closer so the girls could play. Did you make Kaitlyn's dress? Joan mentioned something about it; It looks great!

Sorry Steph, we won't be down for Christmas. We went down for Jaque's wedding which will make our 4th trip this year, so it was also our last since Brett is out of vacation time. We will be going next year though, so hopefully we'll see you then, if not sooner!
