Fourth of July

We traveled down to Utah for the annual "Weitzeil Fourth of July Extravaganza". For those of you who are not familiar with the festivities let me explain. Everyone on my Dad's side of the family comes down on the 3rd and we spend the night, anywhere from 30 to 40 people, basically there are bodies everywhere! After staying up half the night to catch up on the latest news and activities we go to bed only to wake up early to head to the Provo parade. Every year we dread going and always ask "do we really have to go??" But let's be honest...it wouldn't be the Fourth of July without the Provo Parade. After lunch the guys go golfing and the girls go shopping. Then we always end with the greatest fireworks in the world: "The Street of Fire". The boys are always trying to see how many fireworks they can light off at once and who can make the loudest boom. Taylor introduced sparkler bombs this year and it was a hit. It was good to see family and make new memories. It's always a crazy and loud holiday filled with late nights and lots of food. Happy Fourth of July!!
