Recently we have been looking for a car that we would be able to fit two car seats in. We knew we were under a time frame but didn't realize how soon we would actually have to purchase a car. Last weekend the starter went out on us while we were camping, which helped to speed up the car buying process. It has actually been quite comical because in order for it to start you had to push start it. Taylor would push it and I would pop the clutch. We would have to remember to park it in a convenient area or on a hill so that we would be able to push it. Needless to say we didn't really go anywhere last week. We had been looking at cars and found a few that we liked. When we went out yesterday we didn't think we would be coming home with a different car. We ended up getting a 2005 Pontiac Grand Am.

After car shopping we went over to one of Taylor's realtor's homes and picked a bunch of peaches and pears. As you can see we are going to have a busy week canning. They will be great food storage! Yummy!!

mmmm, those peaches and pears look so good. Yeah for canning. Very exciting about the new car. Even if it wasn't something you wanted to do right then, it is always exciting to have a new car. happy cruising.
Your car looks so nice. How fun!!! Your peaches and pears look delicious. Have fun canning this week!!
Love the car. I hope that you like it as much as I have loved mine. Good luck with all of your canning.
Nice! Looks like a good find!
Hey Steph-
I found your blog through Holli's. This is so cool, catching up with those I haven't seen in a very long time. You have got a cute little family! Congrats on your upcoming little girl! Where in Idaho are you? I served my mission there years ago. Anyway, come check out my blog to see what I've been up to. Good to see all is well with you! Take Care :)

Sweet! Literally - a cool ride and lots of fruit. I wish we lived near by so we could take advantage of the peaches and pears. Have fun with the new car - it looks like fun:-)
