Sitting at her desk waiting to learn
A tradition we started last year was on the first day of school they get a giant cookie. This year Alexis and Brayden helped me make a snickerdoodle for her. She loved it!

Kaitlyn's First Day of School
Today was Kaitlyn's first day of first grade. She was more than excited and could hardly wait for it to begin. She was excited to take a lunch and to eat at school as well as go the whole day. It's hard to believe she will be at school for so long. It was weird only having 3 kids at home instead of 4. Her teacher this year is Mrs. Weismore. She used to be in our ward but recently moved out. It's nice to know who her teacher is and know that the teacher knows her. She will hopefully have a fun year ahead of her.

Holy cow your kids are getting big! Kaitlyn is ADORABLE!! I love how she is concentrating so hard on her paper.
