Kaitlyn is now 3 years old!!!

I can't believe we have a 3 year old. How the time fly's by. We had a family party for her on the 17th of April. We had about 20 people here who all traveled long distances to help us celebrate. Thank you to all of you who traveled to share our special day with her.

Opening her gift from Grammie and Papa. As you can see Alexis had to sit right by her and help her out, she always wants to be just like her big sister. Kaitlyn receive a game that you have to put the giraffe on top of the animal it calls for. It is played non stop! If only there was a volume button on it. :-D She loves playing it and is getting pretty good at it too.
Grandma and Grandpa gave her a princess dress and the whole outfit to go with it...earrings, shoes, bracelet and wand . She always wants to wear her princess dress.
Kaitlyn got a new bike for her birthday...she was so excited, she couldn't wait to give it a try.
I asked Kaitlyn what kind of cake she wanted this year and she said chocolate. Anytime someone would ask here what she wanted for her birthday the reply was "chocolate cake". So I decided to try a chocolate tiered cake with fondant. I made a marshmallow fondant that turned out pretty good I thought. I think the cake turned out way cute considering it was my first go. I really enjoyed it and would like to do it again. Maybe with some practice I could really get a good looking cake.
Blowing out the candles
Playing princess outside with her cousin Lydia.
They sang and danced around for a long time. It was quite cute to see them playing and interacting together like they did. It's just the beginning of fun times with cousins.
Happy Birthday Sweet Kaitlyn!!
We love you so much are are so glad your part of our family!
