Back in February Taylor decided he was going to get his real estate license to help sell his companies homes. That entailed him going up to Boise for two weeks in a row. I stayed home with the girls for the first week. The second week came along and I realized I didn't want to be home alone for another week, so we packed up and headed down to Utah. It was fun to spend the week with my family and just have time to hang out.
Kaitlyn LOVED helping my Mom in the kitchen. She would beg and beg to wash dishes or help in some way in the kitchen. Half the time we would have to change her clothes because she was drenched from top to bottom. Plus there is nothing better than licking the bowl and the spoon.

Alexis loved helping too...except all she wanted to do was be held...I don't know how much help she was, but I am sure Grandma loved every second of it.

One of the nights we were there, Melanie had a Jr. Jazz basketball game. Their team is awesome, undefeated! They played a great game and it was fun to see Melanie play ball. She is a good little ball player, and she has a lot of fun with it too. If your looking for her she is #12.

We went out to Thanksgiving Point one afternoon to check out the petting farm. Kaitlyn and Alexis enjoyed being able to feed the ducks, geese, ponies, horses, cows etc. We even got to go on a hay ride which they loved. They also had a hands on area where they could "grow" their own veggies, harvest them, put them on the truck to send off to the stores and then sell them. They had a great time.

It was a good trip and I enjoyed spending time with all my family. It was also good to see some old friends. Thanks again for letting us come down. We will have to do it again soon.
