Kaitlyn is sitting now....well, she can sit as long as you are there with her. She still topples in every direction so you have to pay attention. If she has a toy in front of her and there aren't any other distractions she will sit for quite a while (maybe 30 seconds sometimes longer). It will be nice when she can just sit there without any help. She is very ambitious about getting something she wants. She is starting to get the crawling motion down, she is constantly rolling from front to back, basically she will do whatever she can to get her toy. It's quite cute to see how persistent she is. You never really see her scoot forward but she always ends up with the toy in her mouth.
Here are some pictures I took of her sitting, luckily my camera is fast enough otherwise most of the pictures would have been blurry.

She looks like a different baby! Her hair is getting so long and it really looks blonde instead of redish brown. She is like a chameleon. HA! I can't wait to see you guys again. And it's about time that you updated this thing...I was about to send out a e-mail demanding new pics (LOL). Miss you guys! She is sooooo cute!
Sitting up! She couldn't do that when we were there last week! That's amazing! Oh, they grow up so fast. One minute they are rolling and the next... (sniff, sniff)they sit up and then fall down and hit their head on something you thought they wouldn't even come close to. Ahh, the memories. Congratulations Kaitlyn!
PS how's the packing coming?
What a cute baby! She must have gotten that from her Mom. We all know it wasn't her Dad ;) So, I couldn't find your email address anywhere to let you know that we just had our first papoose on 30 Oct. She 's a cutie.
