It was a neat surprise when I found out that my Grandpa Weitzeil and his wife Jaimee and my Grandma Skidmore-Edwards and her husband Gene were coming up for the blessing. I was excited that Kaitlyn was going to have a chance to meet her great grandparents. Kaitlyn is wearing a bracelet that was given to me by my Grandpa Skidmore when I was born. It is a special little heirloom.
It was a nice relaxing afternoon. We were able to spend a lot of time with everyone and we were so blessed that Kaitlyn was so good for us. My parents and Taylor's parents stayed one more night. When we got up Monday morning it was pretty relaxing. We didn't really do anything accept lay around and be lazy. It was great. Taylor, his Dad and my Dad worked in the yard and us girls visited and played with Kaitlyn. It was a great weekend.

That is a really cute picture! I miss you guys already and it's only been a week. Guess I'll have to make another trip down soon.
How funny, Brittany blessed her twins just the week after and we had a huge family gathering as well. Congrats! I'm hoping that Taylor said her name right in the blessing ;)
